Bio:

I have been teaching Biology for many years from KS3 to A level and am also experienced in helping students apply to Medical School and for Veterinary Science. Whilst teaching I have developed many resources to help students learn using my own website www.spolem.co.uk. My students describe me as a kind and helpful teacher whose positive attitude has increased their confidence.

I also have experience in teaching students who have English as a second language, and students with a learning difficulty such as dyslexia. I use a variety of interactive methods to help students to learn and will work with them to find the best way for them to improve their understanding.
